With 4 decades of experience, Mr. Maharaju foresaw the urban migration trend in the 90s and started in real estate. He saw Hyderabad's potential for growth, especially with the IT boom. He led projects in Hyderabad and expanded to Bangalore through ventures like the Modern Profound Construction Company. Mr. Maharaja inspired family and friends like Mr. GV Rao. with his entrepreneurial spirit, fostering success in construction. As a visionary leader, his legacy continues to shape real estate, inspiring future generations.

With over 10 years of experience in endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and facial aesthetics, she is committed to delivering exceptional dental care. As the founder of Vivace Aesthetic Clinic, she specializes in preserving natural teeth, creating beautiful smiles, and enhancing facial features. Alongside dentistry, she passively supports her father, Mr. Maharaju, in the real estate business.
